Building Management Systems Engineer - 2x static sites - Hertfordshire & West London
I'm working with a Tridium & Trend biased BMS company who seek a BMS Engineer to cover 2 key data centre clients. The directors are keen to speak to BMS Engineers who are proficient with BMS service & small work project duties.
The BMS Engineer will be certified on Trend & Tridium products (IQvision, N4, IQ3, IQ4, SET for example), the 2 sites you'd be expected to cover have a mix of these systems. Duties would include reactive, PPM, energy reduction solutions & small works. The BMS Engineer's time would be split between a data centre in Hertfordshire and another West of London.
It's key for the BMS Engineer to be comfortable with client liaison, quoting new BMS small work projects (upgrades, retrofits, installs) & coordinating with sub contractors.
My client is offering development & formal training on Tridium (N4 certificate) provided the BMS Engineer has a solid background with Trend systems.
- The BMS Engineer will be paid a basic salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Car or car allowance
- Pension
- Attractive OT rates
- Continuous product training & more
The BMS Engineer can expect to be involved with interesting & varied work, be challenged and offered additional responsibilities around BMS projects, receive periodic training & development on new products & technologies, work with a BMS specialist that deliver Trend & Tridium solutions within Data Centre environments.
