Job Description
BMS Engineer β Central London
My client is a SME BMS company that is led by personable, highly experienced & organised BMS professionals, they're keen to speak with BMS Engineers who would like to join a positive team and be part of their steady growth within the BMS industry.
The directors seek an additionalBMS Engineer who is comfortable with BMS PPM, fault finding & small work projects (installs, upgrades etc). They're a multi systems house and would be open to speak to applicants with Trend or Tridium BMS experience.
The BMS Engineer will work in London mainly, my client works in variouscommercial environments so a solid understanding of HVAC & control panels would be key for this role.
My client requires the BMS Engineer to be able to complete BMS PPM's, attend break downs on site, support remotely in emergency, identify BMS improvements and building performance and then deliver these changes. Whilst not essential, the directors would like the successful BMS Engineer to be comfortable completing small works which would include changes on BMS graphics & software.
The BMS Engineer can expect;
β Β£40,000 β Β£55,000 per annum (salary review after probationary up to Β£60,000)
