Job purpose
To fulfil the professional responsibilities of anassistant headteacher, as set out in the School Teachers' Pay and ConditionsDocument
The assistant headteacher will support theheadteacher and deputy headteacher in:
- Providing professional leadership and management ofthe school
- Leading the strategic development of inclusion andsafeguarding across the school
- Implementing strategies for school improvement witha particular focus on inclusion, SEND, behaviour, and wellbeing
- Ensuring effective and efficient organisation andadministration of inclusion-related provision
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulatinglearning environment where all pupils can thrive
- Ensuring the curriculum is broad, balanced, andinclusive, underpinned by the Trust's principles of curriculum design
