About the role
- Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the EYFS Inclusion Base, providing high‑quality, tailored support for pupils with a range of complex needs, including communication, behavioural, social, emotional and pre‑verbal development.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SENCO, and external professionals to deliver targeted interventions, create a safe and nurturing environment, and promote pupil wellbeing, engagement and progress.
- The role involves planning and delivering personalised provision, supporting communication and sensory needs, monitoring progress, and contributing to an inclusive, consistent whole‑school approach.
- You will also oversee staff within the provision, build strong relationships with families, and ensure effective safeguarding at all times.
