We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Apprentice Teaching Assistant to support children’s learning and development within our school. Working under the guidance of teachers, you will support individuals and small groups of pupils, helping them to develop educational, personal and social skills through structured activities and play-based learning. You will assist with classroom activities, prepare learning resources, support pupil supervision, and help monitor and record progress. The role also involves supporting children’s daily routines, including transitions, play, and mealtimes, while building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will gain valuable experience while completing your apprenticeship, contributing to a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Experience working with children (paid or voluntary) is desirable but not essential. GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or equivalent) are preferred.
