Contracts & Relationship Manager

Benipal Logistics Ltd is seeking a Contracts & Relationship Manager to oversee commercial contracts, manage client accounts, maintain strong business relationships, and monitor contractual and financial performance. The role will support business growth, improve client retention, and ensure effective management of agreements across the company's logistics and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring commercially beneficial terms.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, handling contractual enquiries, renewals, and disputes.
• Monitor client accounts, payment arrangements, and profitability to ensure financial efficiency.
• Review contractual performance, identify commercial risks, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Identify opportunities to secure new contracts, retain existing clients, and expand logistics services.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely service delivery and fulfilment of contractual commitments.
• Prepare contract reports, maintain accurate records, and provide performance updates to management.

Skills Required:

• Experience in contract management, financial account management, or client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
