Role overview

As a Transformation Implementation Manager, you will lead the execution of complex transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to controlled transition into BAU. You will apply strong project and delivery management expertise in a pragmatic, outcome-focused way, ensuring changes to workflows, processes, tooling and ways of working are delivered at pace and with sustainability. Operating within agreed governance, risk and assurance frameworks, you will retain the autonomy to drive progress, resolve issues and manage delivery trade-offs. You will work closely with Business Analysts and Change & Business Readiness Leads to ensure delivery, adoption and long-term value are fully aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact transformation initiatives across Product, Technology, Services and Change.
  • Define delivery scope, objectives, milestones and timelines aligned to agreed transformation priorities.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules and roadmaps to guide sequencing and execution.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage interdependencies across workstreams and initiatives, understanding and mitigating programme-level impacts.
  • Own change control for scope, timelines and dependencies, ensuring impacts are assessed, documented and communicated.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with governance, assurance and escalation frameworks.
  • Provide clear, concise progress reporting and maintain delivery documentation throughout the lifecycle.
  • Use delivery insights and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in transformation delivery.
  • Ensure initiatives are ready for go-live and support a controlled transition into BAU with clear ownership and handover.
