Role Overview
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from kickoff to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria and realistic timelines.
- Deliver roles at pace while maintaining quality, consistency and fairness.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Advises on recruitment best practice, assessment approaches and labour market conditions.
- Proactively manage expectations, risks and changes throughout the hiring process.
- Sourcing proactively using a broad mix of tools, outreach and talent pooling.
- Ensure a professional, engaging and inclusive candidate experience end to end.
- Manage a high‑volume hiring portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an in‑house, agency or embedded recruitment role.
- Track record of managing multiple roles concurrently across operations, services, customer delivery or similar business areas.
- Strong hands‑on sourcing and direct hiring capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience recruiting across different disciplines, regions or levels of seniority.
- Experience hiring for customer‑facing or implementation‑focused roles is highly beneficial.
- Delivery mindset with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
