Role Overview

We’re currently looking for someone to join our Corporate Benefits team as a Pensions Specialist. In this role you will work closely with our Workplace Savings team, supporting them and our customers with varied administration tasks covering pension topics. You will need to be able to multi‑task, prioritise your work daily and ensure that communication is maintained with providers, clients and internal stakeholders at all times. Applicants must be based in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Pension Governance Decks/collateral
  • Assisting with Data issues and schedule preparation
  • Dealing with customer and provider queries
  • Checking Reports
  • Reconciliation and P&L checks
  • Support with re‑enrolment projects
  • Updating OneHub content manager
  • Uploading Schedules to Providers

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint – the bulk of the role is producing governance reports for our Pension Consultants, so a basic/intermediate understanding of both is key
  • Effective communication – liaising between our Pensions Consultants, providers and customers; adapt communication style to suit the recipient
  • Customer service – provide excellent service to customers and providers
  • Attention to detail – meticulous work is required as we are regulated by the FCA
