Role overview
As a Marketing Reporting and Data Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, trusted, and actionable marketing performance data across Benifex. You will take ownership of marketing reporting, attribution and insight generation, acting as a trusted advisor to marketing and revenue stakeholders. This 9‑month fixed‑term role is a specialist individual contributor position with high autonomy and visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys owning data end‑to‑end and driving commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Audit, map, and validate data flows across marketing platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce and marketing integrations
- Act as the single source of truth for marketing reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Create process documentation and a marketing data dictionary
- Maintain and evolve dashboards and reports to support campaigns, channels, and regional performance
- Analyse marketing performance and attribution models, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Triage incoming reporting requests, managing priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and DevOps to improve data quality and reporting capabilities
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in marketing data and recommend longer‑term improvements including AI capabilities
- Present insights and performance readouts to stakeholders, influencing optimisation decisions
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, reporting or marketing operations
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including CRM‑based reporting and data structures
- Solid understanding of marketing attribution, campaign performance and pipeline reporting
