Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign and Automation Specialist to join our growing B2B marketing team. In this role, you will be the engine room of our demand generation efforts. You will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical execution, building scalable automation workflows, executing complex email campaigns, and ensuring our lead management processes run smoothly. You will play a critical role in nurturing leads, ensuring the right message reaches the right prospect at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Management: Build, test, and launch end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns (email, webinars, content downloads, and events) within our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP). Create landing pages, forms, and email templates using HTML/CSS or drag-and-drop editors, ensuring mobile responsiveness and brand consistency. Coordinate with Content and Design teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and optimised for conversion.
- Marketing Automation & Operations: Work with Demand Generation Managers in designing and managing nurture workflows and trigger-based emails to engage prospect accounts with relevant messages to their journey stage. Manage the database audience segmentation to ensure highly targeted messaging based on industry, persona, and behaviour. Maintain the connection between the Marketing Automation Platform (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce, troubleshooting sync errors and data discrepancies.
- Lead Management & Scoring: Own the Lead Scoring model: regularly analyse lead quality and collaborate with Sales to refine scoring criteria based on conversion data. Ensure the smooth handoff of Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs) to the Sales team, including setting up alerts and territory routing rules. Monitor database hygiene, performing regular data cleansing and enrichment to maintain high deliverability rates.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Configure email and landing page reporting to improve Open Rates, CTR, and Conversion Rates. Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to the broader marketing team. Ensure all campaigns comply with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrable experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing Operations.
- Proven proficiency in a major Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua) and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use metrics to drive decision-making.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page troubleshooting.
- Extreme attention to detail—you are the person who catches the broken link before the email goes out.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certification in HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
- Experience using Zapier or other integration tools to connect disparate systems.
Even if you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply! We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
