Role overview

As a Junior Customer Success Manager (Support‑focused) at Benifex, you will provide hands‑on operational support to a portfolio of customers, acting as the primary day‑to‑day contact for customer administrators rather than end users. Your role will focus on change requests, portal configuration, and troubleshooting within the Benifex platform to ensure customers can operate effectively and confidently. You’ll work closely with internal teams to investigate issues, resolve problems, and maintain a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities
