Role Overview: As a Business Operations Associate, you will support the Chief Services Officer and the wider Services leadership team by owning critical administrative, coordination and operational activities. Sitting at the centre of the Services organisation, you will ensure smooth execution of key business cadences, leadership forums and communications, while also taking responsibility for data gathering, reporting and presentation preparation. This role is ideal for someone with strong PA or executive support experience who is looking to broaden their scope into operations and analytics. Over time, the role will evolve to include more analytical insight, problem‑solving and operational improvement work as you build a deep understanding of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage administrative and coordination activities for the Chief Services Officer, including diary management, meeting scheduling and approvals
- Coordinate key operational cadences such as leadership meetings, business reviews, QBRs and internal forums
- Plan and support internal events, leadership offsites and in‑person sessions, including travel and logistics
- Act as a central point of coordination across the Services leadership team, ensuring alignment on priorities and follow‑ups
- Gather data from multiple systems and teams to support reporting on KPIs, utilisation, performance and operational metrics
- Prepare high‑quality presentations and materials for leadership, board and executive‑level meetings
- Support internal communication across the Services organisation, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and operational efficiency
- Support operational projects and initiatives as the role evolves over time
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a PA, executive assistant, business support or operations coordination role within a fast‑paced environment
- Proven ability to manage complex diaries, meetings and administrative processes with a high level of accuracy and discretion
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and handling confidential information professionally
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Analytical capability, with experience or potential gathering data, preparing reports and creating presentations
- Confidence working across multiple tools and systems to compile information from different sources
- A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through
- Clear and confident communication skills, able to work effectively across teams and functions
- Comfortable working in a tech or SaaS environment, with an understanding of software or services metrics
