About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager for our FPS team. You’ll be responsible for the planning, implementation and tracking of simultaneous customer projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to our agreed standard and budget. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond each day and has a can-do attitude to help deliver projects and support your fellow project management teammates. You’ll need to have a problem-solving mindset, be happy to learn on the fly and share your learnings with others as we refine and develop our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing projects across change and annual renewal programmes in live environments.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, QA and Tech teams to scope and deliver requirements efficiently.
  • Own project lifecycle from initiation through to closure – including governance checkpoints, timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and communications.
  • Ensure outcomes are aligned with customer value, capacity plans, and our delivery methodology.
  • Monitor and manage multiple concurrent deliveries using tools like Jira and Adaptive Work.
  • Continuously drive improvement in customer experience and internal project processes.
  • Represent the customer voice internally, raising development needs through the right channels.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • You’ll need to have successfully managed multiple projects, preferably in a software or solutions delivery role.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
  • A background in delivering ongoing change or product updates in live customer environments.
  • A structured, methodical approach with a knack for driving progress and removing blockers.
  • Confidence facilitating meetings, managing risks, and communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in people management, coaching, or mentoring — or a strong desire to step into a leadership role, with the drive, self-awareness, and ambition to support and develop others as part of the next step in your career.

Other Information

Even if you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply! We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
