Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a flair for both sales and performance marketing? You’ll be the driving force behind our revenue growth and brand recognition in the brand partner and affiliate space focused on our Discounts proposition. This is the product that gives our customers exclusive discounts across a range of consumer products and services. You will be responsible for working with affiliate networks, partners, publishers and agencies with the goal of increasing revenue growth (tenancy or commissions), increasing active users and closing more tier 1 partnership opportunities.

Identifying new sales opportunities and markets, aligned to the overall objectives of the business, including the need to conduct market research to understand the needs of the brand and our business and tailoring sales strategies accordingly. Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, fostering relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends. Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-performing affiliates, maximising return on investment. Negotiate commission rates and terms with affiliate partners. Building and nurturing relationships with retail partners and new affiliate opportunities to expand distribution channels and increase sales volume. Maintain and develop key affiliate and brand partners and identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities to drive business growth. Actively identify, onboard, and negotiate commercial terms with new partners (direct or through affiliate channel). Lead in creation of MI packs/presentations to support strategic growth conversations for your partners. Using different sales techniques to help level up our brand packs that we use to sell to brands. Stay focused on achieving key performance indicators, including tenancy targets, by proactively tracking progress and driving results. Meet F2F with brands to deepen partnerships alongside the Partner team.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong track record of success in sales/new business within the affiliate marketing and partnership space.
  • You are confident planning and executing your own sales processes end to end.
  • You have a track record of achieving/over achieving your sales quota.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing and/or brand partnerships.
  • A history of leading from the front, acting as a mentor and people manager to team members.
  • Excellent presentation skills. Creating, tailoring and delivering compelling presentations to a range of audiences.
  • Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g., Awin, Commission Junction, Impact Radius, etc.).
  • Proven senior stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrable experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders within organisations.
  • Have commercial awareness and proven ability to negotiate commercial terms with partners.
  • Organisation and time management skills.
  • Positive, growth mindset.
  • Travel flexibility. As well as meeting up with the team once a quarter, this role will require regular travel to meet with affiliates and brands (travel is expensed).
  • Global experience and/or experience across a range of verticals would be ideal but not essential.
