With the continued success of our new business team we are looking to hire multiple Business Development Representatives in the UK. You\'ll partner with one of our seasoned Account Executives or Directors, selling the Benifex OneHub product suite to customers across mid market and enterprise. Creating new business opportunities with and finding ways to bring value to HR, Benefits and Rewards Leaders.
This role is predominantly focused on outbound new business. You’ll need to generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for your Account Executive/Director. This will involve identifying opportunities through inbound and outbound activity across multiple channels.
Our sales tech stack: Salesforce, SalesNav, Zoominfo, Outreach.
- Outbound meeting and lead generation predominantly achieved through warm calling
- Develop and nurture existing and potential customers through marketing campaigns and subsequent campaign follow up
- Research prospective customers and maintain data quality, relevant information about prospects and history of campaigns and leads
- Maintain prospective customer relationships in a polite and professional manner
- Work alongside all Benifex departments to ensure that prospective customers are effectively and appropriately supported
- Assist the wider team in the writing and distribution of outbound e-mail campaigns
- Follow up on inbound leads and distribute information where requested
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism within all aspects of the job role.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in new business sales: prospecting, outbound calling, multi-channel approach and lead generation
- Experience selling complex or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with a range of audiences
- Consultative approach, able to successful relationships with customers and be seen as a trusted partner
- Excellent time management skills, able to self-prioritise and organise your workload
- Driven and motivated with a desire to exceed targets
- Experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Employee Benefits
- Experience selling to HR, Benefits, Rewards, People Directors/decision makers
