Benifex is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join on a temporary 8‑month maternity cover. You’ll shape and deliver enterprise‑scale transformation across the organisation, leading discovery activities and gathering requirements from problem definition through to delivery.
You will facilitate workshops, work with stakeholders, identify pain points and design future‑state operating models, processes and ways of working.
