Role Overview

The Emotional Wellbeing Lead for Benifex oversees the areas of the OneHub Wellbeing product and content that pertain to mental and emotional wellbeing. The role provides direction for the OneHub Wellbeing team on mental health and emotional wellbeing matters. The purpose of the position within the Wellbeing Team is to ensure Benifex, and the Wellbeing product/team are supporting our end users’ emotional wellbeing through the production of leading content and enhanced product features. As the emotional wellbeing and mental health expert, the Emotional Wellbeing lead will form part of the qualified team of wellbeing experts, including psychologists, physiotherapists, personal trainers and nutrition experts that ensure everything we do is evidence-based and market leading.

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) and lead for mental health and emotional wellbeing within Benifex and the Wellbeing product.
  • Assess and develop Wellbeing pathways based on emotional wellbeing.
  • Provide advice and guidance on new content and the implementation of new product features pertaining to emotional wellbeing and mental health within Benifex.
  • Coordinate the creation and production of written emotional wellbeing content.
  • Work closely with the product team and videographer to manage the creation of emotional video and audio content.
  • Assess Wellbeing user and engagement data generated for the purpose of continuous improvement (i.e. what is going well, what emotional wellbeing content is being engaged with the most etc).
  • Support the implementation of the wellbeing product and work with new and existing customers to understand and roll out the product to their employees.
  • Develop and present webinars to prospects and customers with the aim of boosting sales and awareness of the Wellbeing product.
  • Work with the wider Wellbeing team to regularly monitor and improve employee usage/engagement.
  • Where directed by the Senior Wellbeing Lead, support the Benifex Sales and Customer Success teams in creating and delivering new business presentations and proposals.
  • Provide guidance to the wellbeing team in matters relating to mental health and emotional wellbeing.
  • Represent Benifex at external and internal meetings with customers and team members where necessary.
  • Work with the wider wellbeing team to ensure content delivery reflects the Wellbeing strategy, mission, and values.

What are we looking for?

  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing specialist with recognised qualification, either from a clinical background (RGN, Counsellor, therapist, or other AHP), or corporate environment
  • Ability to deliver engaging content related to mental health and emotional wellbeing across a range of formats.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage their work, as well as working as part of a team to deliver the overall goals of the Wellbeing team and product.
  • Basic IT proficiency skills.
  • Active approach and planning of workload with ability to communicate work planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage prospective customers and answer product and industry queries.
