Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Turkish-speaking Junior Sales Executive role based in London, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will support the Turkey Desk by handling client enquiries, qualifying leads, arranging property viewings, and assisting with business development and sales activities. The role includes presenting properties to prospective buyers, following up on viewings, and supporting negotiations under the guidance of the Head of Turkey Sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records within the CRM system, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating with lettings, property management, and administrative teams. The successful candidate will be expected to build strong client relationships, provide professional guidance within company policies, and represent Benham & Reeves at client events, exhibitions, and investor meetings when required. Qualifications Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and colleagues. Fluent in both English and Turkish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. London-based, with flexibility to travel when required for client meetings, events, and business activities. Customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on delivering professional, transparent support throughout the sales process. Basic sales skills, including lead qualification, follow-up, and an interest in developing negotiation and closing capabilities. Organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills to manage multiple properties, appointments, and client records efficiently. Comfort using CRM or sales databases, email, and standard office software; willingness to learn internal systems quickly. Genuine interest in the London property market and real estate sector; previous experience in sales or property (internship or entry-level) is an advantage. Ability to work on-site across London branches as needed, including flexibility for some evening or weekend work to accommodate client schedules. Right to work in the United Kingdom.
