We are seeking to appoint an energetic and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our busy Kitchen team at Bengeworth CE Academy, a 3-form entry forward-thinking school with happy children, a strong teaching and support team and excellent facilities.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning
- Kitchen hygiene
- Washing up
- Other related duties requested by the cooks
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a happy team, sometimes under pressure
- Catering experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
- Holding or willingness to work towards a food hygiene qualification would be beneficial
