Benenden School invites applications for a Head of Strings / Visiting Teacher of Violin. This self-employed, part-time role (approximately 2.5–3 days per week) aims to lead the bowed strings provision within the Music Department and to coach ensembles, including chamber groups and the Symphony Orchestra.
You will teach pupils across abilities, with emphasis on higher grades and diploma-level work, bringing expertise in violin repertoire and collaborative music-making.
