Overview
Benenden School is seeking a skilled and motivated self-employed LAMDA instructor to join our team of visiting instructors.
Responsibilities
You will deliver high quality group and individual LAMDA lessons to students across the school and will be responsible for preparing students for LAMDA examinations in Acting, Speaking Verse and Prose and/or Public Speaking.
Lesson times will be arranged in consultation with students and the school. Fees will be agreed directly between the teacher and parents.
The post-holder will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children with whom they come into contact. They must ensure compliance with the School\βs Child Protection Policy Statement at all times. This appointment will be subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks.
Qualifications
This is a flexible, part-time role suited to a passionate and technically capable professional who wishes to contribute to the continued success of our thriving Performing Arts department.
A recognised LAMDA teaching qualification is essential.
