Are you an experienced people management professional looking for an opportunity to work in a leading independent school? We seek to appoint a CIPD qualified professional who can quickly make a positive impact and integrate seamlessly into a busy team. You will be involved in a variety of tasks keeping each day interesting with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Whilst this is a generalist position with the opportunity to be involved in the whole employee life cycle, the role has a strong recruitment and onboarding focus. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is an expert eye for attention to detail and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to support effective people management and team success.
- The post-holder will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children with whom they come into contact and must ensure compliance with the School’s Child Protection Policy Statement at all times.
Qualifications:
- CIPD qualified professional
- Experience as a people management professional with the ability to integrate quickly into a busy team
- Strong recruitment and onboarding experience
- Excellent attention to detail; solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
