Benenden School, Cranbrook is seeking to appoint a CIPD qualified HR Manager (People Services) for a full-time year-round position, site-based. The salary range is £40,219-£45,266, with a start date in Spring 2026.

We are looking for an experienced people management professional who can quickly make a positive impact and integrate seamlessly into a busy team. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, keeping each day interesting with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. This is a generalist position with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is an expert eye for attention to detail and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

About Benenden School

Benenden is one of the leading day and boarding schools in Britain, founded in 1923 and situated in 250 acres of attractive parkland in Kent. There are 550 girls in the school, aged 11-18, with 190 of those in the Sixth Form. Benenden is at the forefront of girls’ education in the UK, with recent innovations including the Benenden Diploma and the Professional Skills Programme.
