About the role
As a key member of the Scheduling Team, you will support the Lead Scheduling Coordinator in maintaining accurate, efficient schedules across all clinical sessions. Your work will directly contribute to the seamless flow of patient activity through the Hospital, helping us meet vital waiting time standards and Key Performance Indicators.
Skills and experience required
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate clinical activity schedules including outpatient clinics, theatre sessions and ACU procedure sessions
- Assist in planning and delivering the annual schedule, working closely with the Lead Scheduling Coordinator
- Provide essential administrative support to ensure the department runs smoothly and in line with all policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Consultants, Clinical Teams and Allied Health Professionals, responding promptly to queries and escalating complex issues where required
- Support delivery of key access and treatment targets, demonstrating strong awareness of KPI expectations
