We’re seeking an experienced Product and Business Development Manager to help drive strategic growth, launch new clinical services, and shape the future of patient care at Benenden Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities within the healthcare market, developing new and existing clinical services, and successfully launching these. You will work in close partnership with an existing manager to ensure a joined-up approach to service development and delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers and consultants to deliver impactful, patient-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Bringing to market new products and services already being developed
  • Identifying and delivering new opportunities for product and service development that will support business growth
  • Building relationships with practicing consultants and senior management team to promote hospital services and identify new business opportunities
  • Overseeing new product and service projects, working alongside both internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with third party partners to develop new channels for existing products

Qualifications:

  • Confidence with strong verbal/written and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage any stakeholders, teams, managers and partners
  • Experience in delivering new products & services within a healthcare or similar industry
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in data analysis and insight
  • Ability to collaborate independently with prospective partners and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to take concepts and deliver them undertaking multiple tasks under pressure
  • Motivated in a fast pace working environment with the ability to evaluate and reshape activity to meet business and market demand
  • Previous experience in business growth management, project management, commercial expansion ideally within a healthcare setting
  • Educated to degree level (healthcare/business/economics/marketing) or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business and operational development
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Evidence of data analysis and ROI skillset
