About the role
As a Marketing Apprentice, you will support the Marketing and Business Development team in delivering coordinated marketing activities to:
- Increase private self-funded patient numbers
- Drive private medical insurance referrals
- Promote Benenden Members' paid-for services
- Assist with the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Support content creation across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Help maintain marketing materials, databases, and communications
- Monitor campaign activity and provide administrative support to the team
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to support marketing initiatives
Skills and experience required
We're seeking someone who is passionate about marketing and keen to learn and develop within a supportive team environment. You will have:
- A strong interest in marketing and enthusiasm to work towards the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing channels
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- An interest in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe InDesign
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a positive approach to work
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
