About the role

We are looking for a Learning and Experience Facilitator to join our forward-thinking team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of workforce development across the hospital. This is more than a training role; it’s an opportunity to transform how learning is designed, delivered, and embedded into everyday practice. You will expand our internal training capability by designing and delivering high-quality, impactful learning interventions that improve compliance, enhance professional capability, and build digital confidence. Your work will directly support organisational efficiency, reduce reliance on external providers, and help create a scalable, future-ready workforce. Acting as a vital bridge between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure learning is not only engaging and accessible, but also practical and applied.

Skills and experience required:

  • A confident facilitator with a passion for delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences
  • Skilled in designing training interventions that translate theory into practical application
  • Experienced in working collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Data-driven, with the ability to evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvement
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passionate about building digital confidence and workforce capability
