We are looking for a Flexi‑Bank Reservations Advisor to join our Reservations Team, working flexibly as an ambassador for our Patient Administration Service. This role plays a vital part in delivering a high‑quality, patient‑centred booking and administration service across clinics, ACU and theatres. About the role

  • Promote and consistently deliver the highest standards of customer service.
  • Provide a comprehensive reservations and administration service, including appointment booking for clinics, ACU and theatre.
  • Process patient referrals accurately and efficiently, ensuring all bookings align with relevant guidelines.
  • Communicate with patients in a clear, positive and professional manner to facilitate timely conversion to consultations, tests or procedures.
  • Work in line with contact centre service standards, service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of the wider reservations team.

Skills and experience required

  • Experience working within a contact centre or customer service environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a patient‑focused approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, pragmatic and approachable outlook.
  • Results‑driven with high levels of initiative and determination.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise conflicting workloads effectively.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
  • Experience working in healthcare.
  • A basic understanding of medical terminology (training can be provided).
