We are looking for a Flexi-bank Medical Secretarial Support to join our dedicated team, playing a vital role in providing a high-quality administrative service that underpins a positive, seamless, and efficient patient experience.

About the role: This is a key position at the centre of patient care operations, where your work directly supports clinicians, medical secretaries, and patients. You will ensure clinic correspondence is handled accurately and efficiently, while contributing to a responsive, professional, and patient‑focused service. Working across a variety of specialties, you will play an integral role in keeping patient pathways moving smoothly and ensuring every interaction reflects excellence.
Skills and experience required:
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with strong administrative skills
- Experienced in medical or clinical administration (desirable but not essential)
- A confident communicator who works well with colleagues and patients alike
- Able to manage workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and high professional standards
