About the role
- Deliver high standards of care as delegated by the RHP
- Support patients through outpatient appointments, procedures, and basic diagnostic tests
- Assist clinical teams with examinations and treatments
- Ensure a professional, efficient, and compassionate patient experience
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Skills and experience required
- Educated to GCSE level or with equivalent experience
- Relevant professional qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate, or willingness to work toward it
- Basic Life Support training
- Clinical skills such as; phlebotomy, cannulation, ECG recording, catheter, bladder scanning, dressing changes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
- Methodical approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication, using tact and diplomacy
- Strong patient‑centred ethos
- A team player who promotes professionalism and positive working relationships
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and ethical behaviour
