If this sounds like a place you’d like to work, we have an exciting opportunity within our Operations team to recruit a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager. Reporting to the Head of Operational Support, the post holder will play a key role within Benenden Health. Using strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), the role will be driving Continuous Improvement initiatives, simplifying the member journey and realising efficiencies across the Society.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in stakeholder management with influencing and communication skills at all levels, including Senior Management. They will have a strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), automation solutions (AI) and be able to demonstrate they have:
- Developed and executed process improvement roadmap aligned with business goals and priorities.
- Conducted end-to-end process reviews using Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies.
- Led cross-functional improvement projects/initiatives from initiation to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
- Experienced in managing and inspiring a small team to implement improvements to the member journey across multiple functions with 1:1, objective setting and regular review meetings.
- Delivered CI initiatives with clear evidence of realising efficiencies / RIO.
