We are currently recruiting for a Software Tester to join our Applications and Reporting Team based in York. Reporting into the Test Team Leader, we are looking for a Software Tester with verifiable experience within a comparable test/development environment.
Key areas of responsibility:
- The role will design and develop strong QA processes across the development lifecycle.
- Design and implement test strategies, whilst contributing to test methodologies.
- Maintain and update the test standards processes through peer review of test cases and documentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing creation and adherence to all Benenden internal design standards and development processes.
- Design risk-based test strategies with re-usable tests.
- Design automated test processes utilising external toolsets.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience of working with automation, or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation qualification would be an advantage.
- Verifiable experience within a comparable test/development environment.
- Experience of working in Agile and waterfall development cycles.
The Benenden Health office is based in York and whilst we do work hybrid, there is a requirement of weekly office attendance.
