- 3-Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a replacement risk management system (RMS) during a critical phase of delivery.
The system has already been selected and contracted, and we now need a pragmatic, hands-on Project Manager who can quickly get up to speed, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive the implementation through to a successful outcome.
This role will combine traditional project management responsibilities with elements of change management, ensuring the new system is adopted effectively and delivers the intended business benefits.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the implementation of a new risk management system.
- Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies.
- Managing stakeholders across the business and with external suppliers.
- Monitoring delivery against agreed objectives and milestones.
- Driving business readiness and change management activities.
- Identifying and mitigating risks, issues and delivery challenges.
- Providing regular updates and recommendations to key stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for someone who is
- An experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering technology or business change projects.
- Pragmatic, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable balancing delivery, governance and change management activities.
- Able to quickly understand business needs and translate them into action.
Experience of implementing risk management systems or similar governance, compliance or operational platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
