Benenden Health is a leading UK not-for-profit healthcare provider committed to offering low-cost private healthcare. We are currently recruiting for a Software Tester to join our Applications and Reporting Team based in York.
Reporting into the Test Team Leader, we are looking for a Software Tester with verifiable experience within a comparable test/development environment.
Key areas of responsibility:- The role will design and develop strong QA processes across the development lifecycle and will also design and implement test strategies, whilst contributing to test methodologies.
- The role will maintain and update the test standards processes through peer review of test cases and documentation, alongside contributing to the ongoing creation and adherence to all Benenden internal design standards and development processes.
- The role will design risk-based test strategies with re-usable tests, as well as the design of automated test processes utilising external toolsets.
- Experience of working with automation, or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation qualification would be an advantage.
- Verifiable experience within a comparable test/development environment.
- Demonstrable experience of working in Agile and waterfall development cycles.
The Benenden Health office is based in York and whilst we do work hybrid, there is a requirement of weekly office attendance.
