Benenden Health has an exciting maternity cover opportunity within its B2B Sales Team, we are recruiting a Sales Support Executive to join our team on a fixed term basis for 12 months (maternity cover).
Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, the post holder will:
- Manage the administration for the onboarding of new corporate schemes.
- Respond to new and existing client queries and resolve issues.
- Brief and train corporate clients to use corporate systems.
- Produce and update corporate system user guides, processes and spreadsheets.
- Arrange and book travel and accommodation for the sales team, being commercially aware of spending members wisely.
- Proactively support project work, as and when required.
- Communicate by telephone, email or virtual meetings, where you will deliver excellent customer service within the agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrate a real commitment to teamwork and deliver excellent customer service.
Skills and experience required:
- Good customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience of Salesforce preferable.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure.
- Be able to work on own initiative, prioritise workload and identify improvements.
- Confident speaking to external clients through all communication channels; telephone, virtual and email.
- Adaptable and self-motivated.
- Experience of communicating with B2B audience preferable, but not essential.
The Benenden Health office is based in York and whilst there will be an opportunity to work from home, this role is offered on a hybrid basis and there will be a requirement of a weekly attendance at the office.
