About the Role
- Carry out structural inspections, condition assessments, and technical design audits
- Review and appraise structural risks across a wide range of building projects
- Manage day‑to‑day project delivery and attend client and design team meetings
- Produce clear, high‑quality technical reports
- Stay up to date with developments in structural engineering standards and best practice
- Support senior leadership in developing new business opportunities

Experience & Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong background in civil and structural engineering
- Experience in structural inspections and structural design
- Knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry design to British Standards and Eurocodes
- High‑rise building design experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and technical report‑writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Passion for engineering quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartered status (CEng) with ICE or IStructE
- Membership of a relevant professional institution
