Location: In2Moto, Warrington (WA1)

Role: We’re looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Executive to join our busy motorcycle dealership. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi‑franchised dealership, around a friendly team, with a loyal, growing customer base, selling new and used motorcycles and scooters as well as associated products. Previous experience is desirable (but not essential), alongside a solid understanding of the sales processes. The role involves engaging with prospective customers in store, via email and telephone, managing customer relationships via CRM software and delivering compelling sales presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Give showroom visitors an amazing experience from the moment they walk in
  • Sell new and used bikes, accessories, finance options, and warranties
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right bike and package
  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover
  • Carry out test ride arrangements and vehicle demonstrations
  • Follow up leads and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets
  • Work weekends on a rota basis with a day off in the week

About You:

  • Previous sales experience (motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales preferred but not essential)
  • Confident, professional, and customer‑focused approach
  • Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills; self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
  • Good with computers, sharp attention to detail, and able to manage your own day
