What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, negotiate, and profitably underwrite new or existing business within own authority and in line with Ecclesiastical strategy.
- Plan, prioritise and manage individual work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs.
- Use appropriate communication methods (telephone, face to face) to support a right first‑time approach.
- Act on audit results and action plans within deadlines to improve performance.
- Identify complaints and act upon them in line with company policy.
- Expand technical and niche knowledge through informal and formal learning.
What You’ll Need to Have
- The ability to plan, prioritise and manage own work to deliver objectives and meet targets.
- Understanding, managing and using information accurately.
- Competent IT and data skills, including Microsoft suite.
- Effective and appropriate communication skills.
