About the role
Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Development Executive to join our Direct Corporate Risks team in their Worcester office. As a Development Executive, you will drive business growth by attracting and developing new client relationships within your specialist area, while delivering a high quality service and market leading insurance solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Develop a significant level of technical and industry expertise within your chosen sector, and utilize this expertise when creating product propositions for our target clients.
- Build and maintain relationships, finding new potential introducers to clients in the sector.
- Provide market leading risk management services, particularly with regards to motor fleet risks using our tech-enabled claims system which provides automatic insights and data to guide strategy.
- Monitor performance against objectives, forecasts, plans, targets and budgets and provide regular feedback to the Development Director in this respect.
- Work closely with the Account Handling and Claims teams, always ensuring the very highest level of service and excellence.
What you'll need to have
- Knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance Market.
- Proven success and demonstrable expertise within the Haulage sector.
- Outcome focused attitude.
- Ability to manage your own time and prioritise work without supervision, to meet deadlines.
- Strong contribution to the team through own ideas, initiatives and concepts.
