About the role
SEIB Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our South Ockendon office. As a Business Administrator Apprentice you will provide exceptional administrative support to the business whilst learning on the job, building the knowledge and skills to gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification and preparing for going out into the workplace.

What you'll be doing
- Support the team with day to day administrative tasks and office duties.
- Maintain accurate records and update company systems accordingly.
- Handle emails, letters, scanning, and other general administration activities.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Work towards team goals while providing excellent support across the business.
What you'll need to have
- Minimum Grade 4 (C) GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
- Motivated to gain new knowledge and skills in the workplace and through apprenticeship training.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience.
- Strong communication skills and confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent support to colleagues and customers.
