The Opportunity:
You'll play a key role in advising employers on a wide variety of employment law matters, including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
- Complex disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigations
- Restructuring, redundancy and organisational change projects
- Senior executive appointments, exits and settlement negotiations
- Employment support on corporate and commercial transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and employment documentation
- Delivering commercially focused advice on day-to-day HR and strategic employment matters
This role offers excellent exposure to sophisticated clients across a range of sectors, with the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues from Corporate, Litigation and other specialist teams.
About You:
We're interested in speaking with Employment Solicitors who have:
- Around 6+ years' PQE gained within private practice
- Strong experience advising employers across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Excellent drafting, analytical and client management skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- The confidence to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a wider team
