An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Immigration Associate to join a highly regarded and growing Immigration team within a leading international law firm. This role offers the opportunity to advise an exceptional client base, including multinational organisations, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals and internationally recognised businesses, on a broad range of complex UK immigration matters.

Working alongside experienced specialists, you'll enjoy exposure to high-quality, varied work while collaborating closely with colleagues across Private Wealth, Employment, Corporate, Tax and Family teams to deliver commercially focused and bespoke legal solutions.

The Role

  • You will advise both corporate and private clients across a wide range of UK immigration matters, including:
    • Business Immigration and Global Mobility
    • Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility applications
    • Sponsor Licence applications and compliance
    • Home Office compliance and Right to Work advice
    • Advising businesses establishing operations in the UK
    • Global Talent and other specialist immigration routes
    • British Citizenship and Indefinite Leave to Remain applications
    • Complex private client immigration matters
    • Strategic immigration advice for corporate and individual clients
    • Supporting clients through complex and often cross-border immigration issues

  • Strong experience advising on Corporate Business Immigration matters.
  • Experience advising High-Net-Worth Individuals and private clients.

  • The confidence to manage their own caseload while working collaboratively within a high-performing team.
