We are currently working on behalf of a highly regarded national firm that is looking to strengthen its Employment team with the appointment of an Associate or Senior Associate.

Joining a well-established and growing Employment team, you'll advise a broad client base that includes national businesses, owner-managed companies, educational institutions, charities, healthcare providers and public sector organisations. The role offers exposure to a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
  • Redundancies and restructures
  • TUPE and business transfers
  • Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
  • Senior executive appointments and exits
  • Settlement agreements
  • Employment support on corporate transactions
  • Workplace investigations and strategic HR matters

You'll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while developing your own client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

We are keen to speak with Employment Solicitors who have:

  • Associate Level: Approximately 2-5 years' PQE, strong employment law experience gained within a recognised practice, experience handling both advisory and contentious matters, excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Senior Associate Level: Approximately 5+ years' PQE, a proven track record managing complex employment matters, experience supervising junior lawyers or trainees, strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
