This position supports the creation and management of high-quality design documentation and visual content for projects and client presentations.

Your mission at Bene:

  • Develop high-quality planning documents, technical drawings, 3D models (Revit, CAD), and renderings for projects, proposals, marketing, and customer presentations.
  • Create design concepts and solutions that meet client requests effectively, supporting sales in product identification, configuration, and preparation of final design packs for successful installations.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and maintenance of customer, design, and technical data in internal systems, while keeping product renderings, drawings, and resource libraries up to date.
  • Collaborate closely with sales staff on all sales-related matters and proactively contribute to improving quality and efficiency in the design process and outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about finding the right solution for every client and able to be viewed as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong design background with expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D visualization, P.con, and a solid understanding of the contract furniture industry.
  • Excellent team spirit, thrives in a hardworking and social environment, and handles conversations with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail in technical design and floor planning, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage fast-paced creative needs.
