Responsibilities:
- Support Spooners with day-to-day IT needs, resolving helpdesk requests related to hardware, software, and SaaS tools and escalating issues when needed.
- Lead the integration of IT stacks from newly acquired companies into a single, centralized ecosystem, ensuring compatibility, continuity, and high standards across the board.
- Keep the office IT infrastructure—including networking, conferencing, and access control systems—running smoothly and securely.
- Manage hardware and software onboarding and offboarding for Spooners, making sure devices, accounts, and access are correctly set up and documented.
- Provide hands-on technical support for live events, handling testing, setup, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure everything runs flawlessly.
