• Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity. Optimize CI/CD pipelines, write maintainable code, or craft minimalist architectures to power scalable, future‑proof solutions.

The selection process

Screening tests assess unfamiliar problem approaches. Successful candidates attend a series of interviews. Offers are extended only when convinced the right candidate is found.
