Responsibilities

  • Shape our talent strategy. Define and improve how we hire, navigate the trade-offs that determine where effort and investment create the most value, and ensure that hiring remains a competitive advantage for Bending Spoons.
  • Continuously experiment and improve. Challenge assumptions, run rigorous experiments, and use evidence to identify better ways to attract, assess, and hire outstanding people.
  • Own hiring end-to-end. Run the full recruiting loop—from sourcing to final decision—using AI and modern tooling to accelerate the process while applying human judgment where it matters most.
  • Find exceptional talent. Proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple channels, combining outreach, data, and new technologies to surface the strongest people.
  • Build high-signal evaluations. Design and run structured assessments—tests, interviews, and other evaluation methods—that produce clear signal and support confident hiring decisions.
