A few examples of your responsibilities:

• Create exceptional visual assets across every touchpoint, from paid and organic social content to product visuals, branding materials, and presentation decks.
• Produce work that performs, looks great, and ships fast.
• Own the quality of every deliverable from brief to final output.
• Master your craft and raise the bar.
• Develop deep expertise in your primary discipline: motion, graphic design, illustration, or others; build skills across adjacent ones to increase the range of work you can own.
• Stay ahead of what is possible, with AI. Use AI tools to push your creative output further and faster—from generating concepts and exploring visual directions quickly, to accelerating production workflows.
• Deliver at pace, without sacrificing quality. Handle a high volume of work across multiple projects and priorities without dropping below excellent.
• Execute with business awareness. Understand why something is being made, who it's for, and what success looks like.
• Spot opportunities and take initiative. Don’t wait for a fully formed brief. Flag gaps, propose ideas, and identify moments where proactive creative work can have a real impact—then act on them.
