After a 6–12-month training period as a product manager, you may work directly with the CPO or another executive on high‑priority initiatives, or move into another role across the business, depending on your strengths and the company’s needs. Responsibilities
- Drive high-priority product initiatives. Work on some of the company’s most important product opportunities and challenges.
- Take ownership of complex initiatives, coordinate across functions, and help ensure excellent execution.
- Improve products customers love. Identify opportunities to create more value for customers. Analyze user behaviour, conduct research, define product improvements, and bring them to life.
- Leverage AI and automation. Use AI extensively to accelerate product discovery, decision‑making, experimentation, execution, and customer understanding.
